We want every homeowner who reaches Desertcall Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Know that Desertcall Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Texas.

We will confirm receipt by email. We then look into the matter, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
