How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

Desertcall Pest Control does not have technicians. When you call or send a request, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local business. They decide how to handle your job and what to charge.

What Happens Next

Here is the usual path.

  • You describe the problem. Mention the pest or animal, where you see it, and how long it has gone on.
  • A provider asks a few questions.
  • You may set a time for an inspection.
  • The provider explains the plan and gives a written quote.

Timing depends on the provider and the season. Request a callback to check availability. Storm season and summer heat can make schedules busy.

What to Ask a Provider

Bring a short list. Good questions include:

  • Are you licensed and insured for this work in Texas?
  • What is the cause, and how will you fix it?
  • Is the quote in writing? What does it include?
  • Are products safe around kids and pets?
  • What should I do or avoid before you arrive?
  • Is there a follow-up visit, and how long does it last?

For wildlife, ask how animals are removed and how entry points will be sealed. For bed bug treatment, ask what prep you need to do.

You Are in Control

You can say no. You can ask for more than one quote. You are not required to hire the provider you speak with, and there is no obligation.

Do not sign anything you do not understand. Do not pay in full before work starts. A good provider will answer your questions without pressure.
